Roasted Brussels sprouts with bacon

Roasted Brussel sprouts with bacon: A favorite in our household is roasted Brussel sprouts which are super easy to make and even more delicious to eat.

Ingredients:

- 4 slices bacon, diced

- 1 lb Brussel sprouts, trimmed

- Salt and pepper

Directions: Heat a cast iron pan over medium heat. Add in the bacon and cook until bacon is brown and starting to crisp. Add the brussels sprouts, salt, and pepper and stir to coat. You can either leave them on the stove and cook for an additional 15 minutes, or roast in the oven at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until the Brussels are fork-tender.
