Mango Salsa

Mango salsa has been our kids new favorite side dish! Pair it with burgers, tacos, grilled chicken, or your favorite summer dish! It's a quick and easy way to add some color and bright fresh flavors to your meal.


Mango salsa:

Ingredients:

  • 1 large mango, or 2 small mangoes, cut into 1 inch cubes

  • 1/4 small red onion, finely diced

  • Juice of half a lime

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (cilantro works too)

  • Salt and pepper

Directions: Mix it all of the ingredients together in a small mixing bowl and serve immediately. Enjoy!
