Ranch Seasoning

Our ranch seasoning is versatile. It makes a great ranch dip for veggies or salad dressing and can also be used on its own as a dry rub or marinade for poultry and fish.

Uses:

For ranch dip/dressingr: Mix 1 1/2 tbsp of ranch seasoning with 1 cup of mayo, and 2 tsp lemon juice, and stir to combine.

For fish/poultry marinade: mix 1 tbsp ranch seasoning with 1/2 tbsp oil and 1 tsp lemon juice, and stir to mix. This is for approximately one pound of fish and/or poultry.

This also works as a dry rub on chicken wings, shrimp and fish. Simply rub on your poultry or seafood prior to cooking, air-frying or grilling.

Ranch chicken wings: One of our favorite ways to use this at home is as a marinade on air fryer chicken wings. We following the marinade instructions above and then cook them in the air fryer at 375F for 18-22 minutes, flipping half way through. Make sure the chicken is cooked through as air fryer temps can vary.
